Join us at The Studio Unit R01 Cardiff Bay Business Centre, Cardiff CF24 5EL on Sunday 2nd March for the most beautiful reformer pilates & yoga retreat;
09:30am ~ arrival, complimentary ginger & tumeric shot, welcome circle & gift bag.
10:00am ~ first session, group 1 form yoga with Sukina & group 2 form reformer pilates with Steph
11:15am ~ matcha lattes & @kiwisbowls smoothie bowls for brunch and time to connect with your fellow retreat angels.
13:00pm ~ second session, group 2 form yoga with Sukina & group 1 form reformer pilates with Steph
14:00-14:30pm ~ closing circles, use of showers, depart.
parking is free at this venue 👌
this is open to everyone, it will be a beautiful challenging day so do let us know if you are working with any injuries or if you are pregnant prior to booking, we are so happy to chat. each session will have an intro into the method and how to use all the equipment so if you have never done it before, we will make you feel right at home.
