Our online studio gives you the opportunity to do your movement and mindfulness sessions anywhere on any device using minimal equipment.
Our platform gives you access to Pilates, HIIT, Barre, Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation with an incredible team of teachers with from around the world. Our classes are suitable for all levels and can be done in your living room, on holiday or at your gym.
Not only do you have any-time access to the saved sessions from our on-demand library but we also offer morning, lunchtime & evening live time sessions too. All our sessions take place on instagram live here so to keep yourself accountable, schedule some live sessions in to your week so you can engage with our amazing teachers in live time.

Class Styles

Our high intensity, low impact Pilates sessions use light equipment and body weight exercises to align your posture, strengthen your core give you a whole body muscle burn sensation. We have 30/45/60min sessions for targeted areas; Core, Peach & Pump Pilates + whole body Pilates workouts. These session are are suitable for all levels (pre & post natal sessions to come in 2023).

From Slow Flow, Chakra Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga we have a huge selection of practices for all your spiritual needs. An opportunity for you to check out of the world and in to the four corners of your mat, to notice, acknowledge, accept, soothe and heal. We have 30 & 45min classes that will leave you feeling connected, open, balanced and calm. These sessions are accessible to all levels with pre and postal guidance coming soon.

Mindfulness Meditation or Shamatha Meditation is the foundation of Buddhist practice. The purpose is to stabilise the mind so that we can experience our mind as it is. Cultivating steady awareness of our thoughts enables us to see that it is natural to have so much happening in the mind, but overtime practicing mindfulness mediation will help us to decrease unhelpful thoughts. Here we develop skilful intelligence to calm our thoughts and emotions increasing our ability to respond rather than react to stress and challenge. These 30min sessions are accessible to all levels, as well as, pre & post natal safe.

This high-intensity, low impact ballet inspired workout uses light equipment and body weight exercises to go deep into muscle groups. This class will strengthen your body, build your endurance and improve your posture. Grab your mat and a chair from your living room and get ready to feel the ultimate peachy burn. Other props are also used to target your core and upper body. This class is accessible to all levels and is pre and post natal safe.

Get ready to sweat! This high intensity interval training class uses cardio exercises along with mobility movements to increase your heart rate and body temperature, whilst stretching your muscles and mobilising your joints. This class will only take up 30 minutes of your time and will create a huge positive impact on your mind and body. This session is suitable to all levels.

Each month we host Book Club, by uploading 3 book choices to our @studio________s instagram page for you to vote which one you would like to read. We then gather online via Zoom and in person in Cardiff to discuss the book with our fellow Book Clubbers.
